Privacy Policy
The service provider (Brookside Medical Services) shall not at any time use or disclose any personal information that it receives from the client unless expressly authorized by the client.
Client personal information will not be disclosed to any person, firm, corporation, association or other business entity with the exception of, for the purposes of testing and evaluation of client provided samples. Any information of a nonpublic, confidential or proprietary nature; whether of a commercial, financial or technical nature; customer, supplier, product or production-related; or otherwise all information exchanged between the parties shall be deemed to be ‘confidential’.
Private collection results will be received by the service provider in an approved confidential manner directly from the testing facility. Reports received will be secured by the service provider then disseminated in a secure fashion to authorized persons or agencies.
